• We have been partnering with entrepreneurs and managers to strengthen and grow companies since 1996
• We are entrepreneurial investors without a predetermined investment horizon. We only invest our own capital and the committed capital of a few entrepreneurial families, allowing us to move fast and to focus on long-term value creation
• Our current partnerships have total revenues of more than € 750 million and employ more than 2,500 employees

Our focus

• Our focus is on medium-sized companies with EBITDA’s between € 3 million and € 40 million in Northwest Europe. Partnership situations vary from owner/ CEO transitions, corporate carve-outs, management buy-outs/ buy-ins and successions to complex challenging situations.

• Our team consists of six seasoned partners who all have managerial experience and strong track-records. We do not employ (junior) staff, that means you always interact with one of the partners. We build strong relationships based on positive and constructive dialogues supported by data and analyses

• We strongly believe that the right equity partner can be instrumental to reach business objectives. Wagram adds value as a capital provider and a sparring partner on topics ranging from business strategy, operations, to M&A, but we can also engage more actively by managing key projects. In our view, management is always in control of running the business and our support is customized to the needs of the business and its management
• We believe in focus. Focus on core business enables quick in decision making and to be action orientated. We understand that entrepreneurship involves taking calculated risks, and that the development of a company is not a straight line but rather a bumpy road and is highly dependent on the team
